Refund Policy
We strive to satisfy every customer, but we understand that this may not always be possible due to
various circumstances. If a refund is necessary, our refund policy will apply. We ask that all food be
checked for quality and accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction before leaving the restaurant.
Refunds are at the discretion of management and may not always be processed at the time of the
transaction. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Refunds are at the discretion of management only and not the staff on duty. Food must be returned
by the next business day to be considered for a refund. Refunds can only be processed by
management and will be issued using the original form of payment.
For orders completed or placed through delivery services outside of our company website,
customers must process refunds through their respective company. In-store refunds cannot be
completed.
Any disrespect, foul language, or threats directed at our staff will result in the denial of a refund, and
you will be asked to leave and not return. Kindness will go a long way in being considered for
refunds.
